There has been a lot going on behind the scenes my friends- a lot. You can tell by the title of this post that our exciting news is that we are moving! We have loved our current home for the last almost 6 years, making it our own bit by bit. However, when we built this home we knew that there was going to come a time when we would want a larger property, as well as more space for our growing family. Deciding to build again is a dream as we loved the experience we had last time and we found an amazing local builder to work with (more on that later). Our hope with this new home is to stay put for the foreseeable future and by going the building route we felt like it was the best way to ensure we had everything we needed/would like!
I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally be sharing this news with you- this plan has been in the works for a loooong time- like real long. Seeing everything coming together with the house plan/design over the last 9 months has been very surreal and it’s hard to believe we will be moving into our new home this fall. I can’t wait to bring you along on this journey and share all the things with you. From my inspiration, to actual fixed finishes I have selected for the new home, there is going to be a lot to cover and I can hardly wait. I have been very inspired by European/Modern French Country design and quite simply creating a classic, inviting home.
