Entertaining With Ease

We love to have family and friends over to entertain and although we don’t get to do it nearly as much as we would like to, it’s nice to have a couple of go to items that you can count on to have in the house. Doing up a meat and cheese board is such a simple thing to offer your guests and the best part is that it’s so easy to assemble. A lot of times you may even have some of these things on hand already which is a bonus!

I mean guys, you can literally just place a bunch of delicious snacks on a board and it looks like a masterpiece- but really though, this took me no time to put together.

Now I’m no expert but when your putting together a really simple board like this there are a couple things to keep in mind starting with you want at least three different types of cheeses preferably different textures, I opted for Pete’s Double Cream Brie, smoked Gouda and Havarti. Next you want a minimum of two meats, I went with a Prosciutto and a Salami- you also want something sweet like these Pink Muscat grapes (sweeter then your average grape and so good!) and something a little salty like nuts or olives. Lastly some vessels to get all that goodness into your mouth, I went with a rosemary cracker and a french baguette from Pete’s.

And there you have it! So simple and delicious and you didn’t have to slave away in the kitchen for hours to create it, win win.

Best,

Lauren Elizabeth
