Tasty Banana Bread

One of my favourite, simple things to make is banana bread. The kids love it and I am all about throwing everything in one bowl, stirring it up and pouring it in a pan. That is seriously like 3 dishes which is the kind of recipe this momma likes! So today I wanted to share this recipe that is seriously sooo tasty, there is just something about autumn that puts me in the baking spirit and there is nothing better then warm banana bread with a coffee. I hope you guys give it a try and let me know what you think!

You will need:
*3 Ripe Bananas
*1 1/2 cups flour ( I used whole wheat)
*1/3 Cup Butter Or Margerine Melted
*1 Egg
*1/2 Cup White Sugar
*1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
*1 tsp Vanilla
*1 tsp Baking Soda
*1 tsp Salt

Preheat the Oven to 350 Degrees and while it's heating mash up your bananas, melt your butter and stir everything up in one bowl. Line a small baking pan in parchment paper and dump the batter in. Place in the center of the oven and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour depending on your oven. Take it out and let it cool and then serve that baby up! Enjoy with a hot beverage of your choice :)

Kind thoughts,
Lauren Elizabeth
